ASSCOD has worked
initially in 63 villages in Thiruvannamalai and Tiruvallur
districts. Since they need to focus on specific target groups
with limited resources, they reduced the villages to 26 in
Tiruvannamalai districts. ASSCOD has formed 98 SHGs, 4 CLFs
with a total savings of Rs. 8,96,462/- and mobilized an
internal loan of Rs. 45,05,818/- till date. |

with a total population of 28494. It is working with a goal of
strengthening the grassroot level groups and equipping them
for responsibilities of local leadership towards sustainable

their own development. POETS believes in integrated approach
