| DPG is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1975 both in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka States. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the overall administration and co-ordination of the programmes. He is advised by the Management Committee and a team of consultants and core staff. The Management Committee meets once in 4 / 5 months. The General Body meets once in a year and reviews the work done and plans for the future. |

| (i).Chennai Registered Office: |

| The Registered Office at Chennai takes care of all administrative procedures, maintains correspondence, accounts of funds utilization and reports of all activities. It is also responsible for the preparation of progress reports and audited statement of accounts for the donor agencies. The Head Quarters staffs also help in planning the programmes at the field level. |

(ii).Field Project Office: |

| Every project has a Field Office. It guides the work in the respective project and is managed by the respective Programme Officer. It is responsible for the initiatives and also for the implementation of a particular project in a specified locality. |
