- Urban Development in Chennai in Tamil Nadu covering 1,500 families – Phase II – ICCO - 2008
- Economic Development Assistance to SHG members in selected locations with Self Development of People - USA.
- Providing Cluster Facilitation Team (CFT) services to Tank User Groups (TUGs) in Kudligi Taluk of Bellary District – JSYS
- Watershed projects in Gudibande, Chintamani and Hampasandra Taluks in Kolar District – Government of Karnataka & World Bank
- Deputation of experienced staff to additional training programmes to upgrade their skills.
- Tsunami Relief and Rehabilitation services in Nagapattinam and Tuticorin – Diakonie Emergency Aid, EED, American India Foundation, ACCU, Times Foundation, Christian Aid, etc.
- Under Public Private partnership, construction of 652 houses in 6 villages of Nagapattinam and Tuticorin districts.
- Initiation of a separate NGO for Urban Development Initiatives, Chennai project / Formation of State level Women’s Federation
- Initiation of micro enterprises in Tamil Nadu with EED, SDOP and others support.
- Initiation of a scholarship programme for 200 youth in 2008 - 09.
