Co-ordination
The relief and rehabilitation programme is co-ordinated in each village / district with full-time field-level
staff who are backed by our district-level co-ordination staff. DPG maintains an office at Velankani for Nagapattinam and
another for Tuticorin. There are currently 27 full-time field workers who directly report to the Project Director / Project Incharge
of the district operation, who in turn report to the DPG CEO. The latter with the help of full time / part time office
staff and consultants coordinates the entire work.
